Nine months after the Educator Retention Task Force met for the first time, the nonpartisan group of education experts presented the findings of their research. Working closely with partners at The ASU Morrison Institute for Public Policy and The Hunt Institute, the Task Force conducted one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and an in-depth survey that reached nearly 10,000 current and former educators and faculty, providing critical data that shaped their recommendations. Perspectives from all 15 counties were accounted for, ensuring the final report reflected the diverse needs of Arizona educators. Read more
