Dr. Will is a Military Veteran turned serial entrepreneur. As the founder of several successful companies, he has traveled the world to impact, inspire and influence Leaders at all levels. As a Professional Speaker and Business Coach, Dr. Will has been named a Top Speaker in America and named Business Person of the Year by community organizations five times.
He is a respected global leader and author of over 50 books. Dr. Will has worked with organizations, colleges, schools (K-12), universities, associations, and governments in over 50 countries on five continents.
Dr. Will is a former School Principal and has been passionate about advancing education and empowering teachers, administrations, and students for 20 years. He has been married to his wife Dr. Kristie for 27 years. They have two children, Karah and Champ and one beautiful granddaughter Nylah. The family calls Phoenix, Mexico, and St. Maarten home.
