Dr. Ovett Chapman

Dr. Ovett Chapman Jr., a University of Arizona alumnus, is the Lead School Psychologist for Pendergast Elementary School District in Phoenix, AZ. For over a decade, he has collaborated with educational professionals to positively impact students’ lives.
