Doc Ivory is a Chicago native living in the Arizona desert. He is the founder of Ivory Strong Publishing LLC whose mission is to produce and publish material geared toward motivating youth. A retired U.S. Navy veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Doc now spends his days as a high school teacher and basketball coach while finishing his PhD in General Psychology. When he’s not chasing after his free-spirited son Ikaika, Doc loves to lose himself in the creativity of words through books, music and poetry, providing hope, motivation, and a voice to young kids around the globe.
