Cedric, a two-time Veteran of Foreign Wars, Teacher of the Year winner, President of the AEA Black Caucus, National Educator Association Delegate, Kyrene School Board Candidate, and educator at Vista Grande High School, Collins has dedicated his life to uplifting and empowering those around him.
