Using Data To Drive Justice For BIPOC Students

Data has demonstrated and proven that representation across classrooms and boardrooms is critical to improving academic outcomes for students of color. Yet representation in the education field is severely lacking. Data has also proven that a well-resourced, high quality school impacts student success beyond their school years, yet low-income, BIPOC students are more likely to lack access to a high quality school in their neighborhood. Data has been telling us what works and what doesn’t for a long time – we need bold, values-driven leaders that are willing to put student outcomes ahead of personal gain. We need to ensure that students have a high quality school accessible close to their home. Learn about how ALL In Education is working with our community to put this data into action to create opportunity and justice for ALL students.
